Didn't follow the link you gave so I don't know, but were your mountains deliberate? The male side all jagged and female side all upright and smooth(-ish)? If so, was the white bird's "shadow" deliberate as well?(falling on the male's side?)

And the plants...
and birds.
Or was that just for this images' balance?
