Some older work I've done, this is fan art from the game Tabula Rasa. (No longer exists) This game had such potential, some of the best war zones I've seen in an MMO. Too bad it died off.

Lets get the feedback out of the way first. Hokhay? Hokhay! Generally the picture looks great but it does have a few things that bug me. First, it's the Eloh statue face. It's light tone seems to make it stand out, almost as if it's on an even plain with the spy. Slightly darkening the face, maybe even blurring it and making the CP obelisk light shine more to it's right side would deepen the picture, giving a clearer feel of distance.
And then there's the sword. It honestly looks like the tip of the sword (or the flame from it) is in front of the spy's leg. Just looks a bit odd.
Also, never thought I'd say a thrax looks awesome, but here it is. He looks bloody beautiful!

As for me... despite the games I've played following, and the ones that are on the horizon, TR still holds an iron grip on my "most favourite game".
It wasn't perfect. Not by a long shot. It had it's faults, some of the bug and balance kind, some of the mechanic kind, the rest of the flavor kind.
I was with the game pretty much a month or so after launch, up until the very end. I mostly played on Centaurus but I was a regular on Cassiopeia as well. I bounced to and fro guilds and groups in the former (Most notably the 2nd Mobile Infantry) and stuck with the Shadow Saints in the later.

I still miss the game. Even people who weren't that fond of the game at the time have said that they miss it too from time to time. Never know what you got till you lose it, right?
I'm not a very naive person, but I still hope for this game's return. Hell, APB's being relaunched. Rumor has it that Hellagate'll be relaunched in EU and US. Why not this, right?!

Did you ever get to play it? I loved the war zones it had, it was cool running around in trenches defending bases from swarms of Bane...while those huge tripod creatures were walking over you. Fun stuff! It would be cool if they took what they had and made it better instead of just letting it die off entirely.
